I'm starting My Attitude Fitness BODY SCULPTING PROGRAM.
This is a progressive BODY SCULPTING PROGRAM.
This will be an on-going BODY SCULPTING PROGRAM for 26 weeks, where you can join for two weeks or up to 26 weeks.
This program will be broken down into 5 sub-categories with aerobic activity homework every week.
The 5 sub-categorical breakdown is as follows:
Sub-Category #1 ($100 - 4 Sessions) :
BREAK-IN BODY SCULPTING PROGRAM
Two weeks. Twice a week. $100 ($25 per session)
Day 1: The focus will be on Back/Chest - Biceps/Triceps - Abdominal - Cardio
Day 2: The focus will be on Quads/Hamstrings - Calves/Shoulders - Abdominal - Cardio
This is the starting program of the 26 week program.
During the next two weeks we will be working on getting your muscles and joints used to weight training and preventing injuries.
We will be using a modified compound superset: You will do the first routine, then rest, and then move to the second routine.
Sub-Category #2 ($252 - 12 Sessions) :
BODY SCULPTING PROGRAM # 1
Six weeks. Twice a week. $252 ($21 per session)
Day 1: The focus will be on Back/Chest - Biceps/Triceps - Abdominal - Cardio
Day 2: The focus will be on Quads/Hamstrings - Calves/Shoulders - Abdominal - Cardio
Weeks 1 & 2:
We will be using the same modified compound superset. Working on conditioning.
Weeks 3 & 4:
Time to heat things up a little! We will be performing supersets with no rest period between paired exercises. Only resting after the paired exercise have been completed.
Weeks 5 & 6:
It's on! These workouts are going to get tough. (This is why I would like you to start with the Break - In BODY SCULPTING BOOT PROGRAM). For the next two weeks we will be performing exercises with no rest period in between exercises.
Yes I know, this is hard and you may not be able to do the whole time without stoping for a micro break (when I'm not looking). You will get used to this awesome workout and your body will adapt and YOU WILL GET STRONGER!

ADVANCED BODY SCULPTING PROGRAM # 3
Six weeks. Three times a week. $360 ($20 per session)
Three day's a week.
Day 1: The focus will be on Back/Chest - Shoulder/Calves - Abdominal - Cardio
Day 2: The focus will be on Biceps/Triceps - Shoulders - Abdominal - Cardio
Day 3: The focus will be on Thighs/Hamstrings - Calves - Abdominal - Cardio
The ADVANCED BODY SCULPTING PROGRAM is six weeks of training. Three days a week.
Before you say anything. I know it sounds like a big commitment, but look at the last fourteen weeks of hard work you put in. Just push through the next six weeks and then we will recover. Kind of.

Six weeks. We are back down to twice a week. $252 ($21 per session)
