Remote client service manager for NYC pet grooming business. Excellent supplementary income

The client services manager position is the main point of contact between our clients and team of groomers. The position requires strong communication skills and an ability to promote in-home grooming services to new clients, secure new business, convert new clients to regularly scheduled clients and maintain regular communication with existing clientele.
- Answer calls/texts/emails - this includes new client inquiries and appointment scheduling (approx 1 hour per day)- Send appt reminders (approx 5min per day ) Must be available Mon-Fri 10am-4pm to address and respond to last minute changes in appointments and communicate to clients any delays by groomers (approx 30 min per day) - Visit 2-3 local veterinary clinics per quarter to drop off business cards and promote our services (approx 3-4 hours every 3 months)
