Need help with very simple stuff

I need someone to help with some very basic things like hanging pictures, digging small holes for plants, cleaning out garage, and things like that. I think that $20/hr. for that kind of thing is fair -- I'm happy to pay more for jobs that require a higher level of skill (which I will also need periodically).
