We’re looking for a dependable and self-motivated Technician to join our team and help keep our clients’ properties in top shape.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician/handyperson is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including light repairs, general maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a job well done, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light maintenance and repair work (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall patching, carpentry)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and clients as needed
- Complete tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards
Requirements:
- Must provide a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and responsibility for vehicle maintenance
- Basic toolset for daily work (e.g., hand tools, drill, measuring tape, etc.)
- Able to travel to job sites in the Central Florida area (Tampa, FL to New Smyrna, FL + from the Gulf to the Ocean)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- Able to use a mobile app to document work by uploading pictures, receipts, and invoices in real time during repair visits
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks in various weather conditions
