I have a clean room to rent which is located in an upstairs
unit in a quiet location of the apartment complex. It has a great view of trees in a park-like
setting. The room is 9 x 10 1/2 ft. with
a full closet and good sized private bathroom directly across the hall. It comes with a single bed and dresser if
needed. The rest of house in cozy and
nicely furnished. The complex has an
outdoor pool, gas BBQ, and hot tub and there is a small workout room as well. A laundry mat is on site.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I am a Christian women who is fairly easy
going and has an upbeat attitude. My
normal schedule keeps me on the go with my job, church activities and gym
workouts. I often work weekends and my
hours can vary although I typically work 9-6 and sometimes work from home. I like an orderly CLEAN house and do not
allow smoking, drugs or wild parties.
The ideal FEMALE roommate would be clean, courteous, share similar
values and have a daytime work schedule.
