Looking for someone that is clean, responsible. Serious applicants only please!!! Must be compatible with a quiet drama free environment. No drugs or smokers of any kind no exceptions!!
If you like loud music no problem that's what headphones are for.
To look for and share an unfinished apartment, townhouse, condo, or house within Kitsap county ( Bremerton: East or west, Silverdale, Port Orchard) and within walking distance to public transportation.
Must be willing to sign a lease/ rental agreement. All fees, deposits, rent, and utilities 50/50 Food, transportation separately unless otherwise agreed upon.
I can pay up to $900 a month in rent and utilities and looking for someone who can at least match that. I have no pets so if you have a cat or small pet that will be apart of your cost and responsibility. I'm willing once in awhile to help out if your out overnight.
I Would appreciate a consideration of letting me know about any overnight guest. (If staying regularly they'll be expected to also be on lease and contribute to rent etc.)
