I have a room to rent in my townhome. Quiet neighborhood,have local shopping centers near by.The room is spacious and has a full bathroom,with a walking in closet,Cable and wi-fi,utilities included in rent $500 a month.You will also have access to kitchen area.Ideally I'm looking for a female non smoker and not to noisy,who has a steady income.Must be wiling to pay first month and a deposit of $200.NO Pets
