I have a bedroom and private bathroom for rent in my home. I live in a 55 and up gated community close to shopping and the beach. Full access to the house and wi fi other Amenities included are swimming pool, hot tub,gym,lake for fishing, tennis courts, clubhouse and more.Must be 55 or older and must be able to pass a background check. Also prefer some one who works and is quite and cleanliness is a must.Also Sorry no pets allowed only because I have a dog that really doesn't like having another dog in her house...its a territory thing.But you must like animals to stay.She is friendly and loving once she gets to know you.
