Awesome couple looking for a room to rent (w/ a private bath) in Petaluma - starting April

About Us...

He is in his early 50's, works as a Federal Employee. He's a loving father of two teenagers (they live with their Mom). He is a DJ/Burner, is athletic, loves outdoor adventures, is a great cook, excellent communicator, handy around the house and has an outgoing, fun & kind spirit.

She is in her early 40's, works for a small business in downtown Petaluma, is a professional organizer & event planner. She loves being involved in communities that support and empower women. She's also a great communicator, athletic, loves the outdoors, has an outgoing, fun and kind spirit. Together they adopted a cat who is indoor/outdoor.

More about what we're looking for & who we are...

We are easy going, respectful, reliable, great communicators & super fun. We do enjoy a more quiet living situation yet we are social & enjoy hosting friends & family. We always check in with housemates first. Communication, communication, communication. =)

We are clean & tidy people, we appreciate a more orderly home but are not stuffy or super picky. We are looking for a house that feels lived in and loved.

We love to cook and most nights we're home. We always clean up after ourselves. On the weekends we like to adventure to the city, go camping, stay local and enjoy life.

We don't smoke cigarettes and prefer you don't as well.
