Hi, I am looking for a room to rent in the Delray, Boynton Beach area, would prefer west side. I am a semi retired teacher working part time and also recieive social. Looking to pay around $600.00 a month. I am very clean, quite, respectful of others, easy going and mind my own business. I am a light drinker and smoke outside only.
