24 ft 5th wheel tailer. 1999 Chateau built by Thor.
This trailer is in immaculate condition. One slide containing eating booth, seats four. Trailer sleeps four. Has queen size bed, closet and night table in bedroom. Fridge with freezer, three burner stove, microwave, double sink Lots of cupboards in kitchen/eating area. Bathroom has tub/shower, sink, toilet and clothes closet. Two 30n lb propane tanks, outside storage. Hot water tank upgraded last summer with new sparker, thermometer and switch. Propane operated furnace. New 16 ft awning installed two years ago. Roof was entirely re-sealed two years ago. Has never leaked.
This entire unit is in like new condition. Interior has solid oak accents inside. Trailer is currently on an RV Lot in Harrison Hot Springs. Can be viewed by appointment. Electrical system has been converted to two 6 volt batteries. Slide is electric.
