Lash Artist

Deka Lash is looking for talented people with a passion for the beauty industry. We are a nationwide luxury beauty brand with retail locations all over the country. We are hiring PT/FT Lash Artists in all of our Pittsburgh locations. We offer flexible working hours and a friendly work environment. Compensation is hourly with commission plus Health Benefits. We provide paid eyelash training for the right candidates.

Lash Artist Requirements

• Licensed Pa Cosmetologist or Esthetician
• Excellent customer service skills
• Time management skills
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management
• Maintain professional appearance always
• Able to work some evenings and weekends

Lash Artist Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)

• Provide outstanding customer service to every client every time
• Eyelash Style and Design
• Provides recommendations and education to clients
• Promote lash maintenance and aftercare
• Promote Deka Lash Memberships and retail products
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs
• Promptly greet and acknowledge clients
• Checking clients out and rescheduling appointments
• Customer follow up
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the studio
• Be courteous and maintain professionalism at all times
