Massanutten Time Share

Two units, good for one week per year. Holds 6 people per unit. Paid $20,000, asking $10,000. We pay transfer of property fees. The maintenance fee is currently $400 per unit per year. Currently my sister and I jointly own the property. She pays $400 per year and I pay $400 per year. We each get to go every other year. If you join RCI (approximately $100 per year) you can trade it to go other places. This is a four seasons resort in Virginia.
