Must: Valid Drivers License, US Citizen (Veteran Owned Business), Be able to speak well and communicate with strangers, Have a great general Understanding of Residential Construction.

After your 3 week training "Pre-qualified Inspectors" must take InterNACHI Exam and pass to receive certification.

Trainees/ Pre-Qualified Inspectors will go on a mandatory (9) inspections within 3 weeks before selected to become a Full Time Flat Rate Inspector
