Work large grill - manage outdoor bbcue for 60 people

Potential for three days of help. Fri-sun July 6-8. Must have own car and live local. Must be able to cook large amounts of burgers dogs chicken On an outdoor grill. Manage the picnic and interact with guests. Friday is set up. Rough hours are 9-2 PM. Saturday hours are 5 AM to 1 PM Sunday hours are 5 AM to 3 PM. You are not busy the whole time.
This is a triathlon. The food prep is a slow burn. The hours go fast. it will be hot and sweaty and you have to set up, cook,clean,and tear down. Free shirt. Each subsequent day is only offered based on performance.
Must be presentable and able to communicate with guests.
