from a drummer who once played with James Brown—yes, the James
Brown! He was part of Brown’s iconic two-drummer setup, holding down the groove
while the other handled the fancy fills. One day, he mentioned to James that he
wanted to play more fills… and let’s just say, James wasn’t having it. The bus
stopped, and so did his gig.

This well-loved kit has been in my possession ever since, delivering
incredible sound and rock-solid reliability. But now, it’s time for me to hang
