Looking for a female roommate. I have 1 furnished bedroom to rent out in apartment building where I live. Share bathroom. Share kitchen etc. N/S, N/P no pets. I have 2 friendly cats. There will be a TV in room. Rent is $600 plus utilities and cable . Heat is included in rent. You can make your own meals. Everything is shared. There is a washer/dryer on same floor as my apartment. I work a lot so not home too much. Prefer a student or someone with a good job. Someone who is quiet. There is a queen sized bed in room. Need references if possible.
