One bedroom for rent on the 2nd floor of a family home in Peachtree Corners. The house is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within commuting distance to Atlanta. Parking is available in the driveway and cul-de-sac. Rent includes utilities and WiFi. The space is available on a month-to-month basis, so could be shorter or longer term sublease.
This arrangement is ideal for a single woman, although the owner is happy to consider a woman with a young child. You will sometimes share the spacious 2nd-floor bathroom with the owner's college-age son when he is home on weekends. The bedroom overlooks the woods and has a walk-in closet.
You will be expected to keep shared living spaces (bathroom, kitchen) tidy and share basic household chores. The previous tenant and I often shared groceries and cooked together/for one another, although this arrangement is flexible.
My partner who lives at the house speaks Arabic, Spanish and Hebrew -- those who are just learning English or recently moved to the area are welcome!
The owner runs a childcare center on the ground level of the house and each person living in the house is required to obtain a satisfactory background check. This is a loving, energetic home, and there are often small children and friends around.
