Nice , huge, room for rent

Rent a large unfurnished room for $500 per month . All utilities included . There is no cable in the room but cable is in the family room. I do also have internet in the house. Later if you want to get cable in the room, we can do it for $10 more per month. You will share a bathroom with another male room . I also have two dogs that stay in the garage. I take them out when I get home. If you don't like dogs, you might want to reconsider.You can have guest but overnight guests are not allowed because you are only paying for yourself to rent the room. There be a $250 security deposit that is non refundable
