Looking for Income Based Studio or 1 bedroom Apartment - $200

I need to re-locate to the outskirts of Atlanta Georgia due to the fact I have had epilepsy since age 18 and now I am 53 years old. I am on SSI and SSDI and need to move closer to where I have been referred to which is Emory University Hospital so that test can be done to detect where seizures are coming from. I have been looking for housing for 2 years and no luck yet with housing, and I would like to be able to have more resources available so that I can be more independent.
