1989 Dodge Conversion Van

1989 Dodge Explorer Self Contained Conversion Van with 318 motor and transmission the Conversion Van developed a lope in the engine at 123,000 miles I bought it with about 82,046 miles on it and drove it to the 123,000 mark. The engine is not running currently theres a few things that need just pit back together every thing is there. The Explorer Conversion van part is all there it needs a good deep clean. the van has a super nice air conditioning unit that has barely been ran it has the workings for propane stove, sink, hot water, water pump, clean water storage sewer tank it has a gas cabin heater and the bed in the back makes a booth with a front couch across from the sink this has the nice sunken floor by the sink so you can stand and cook, It still has the enclosed batteries that i used with a inverter to provide computer power. The cabin 12 volt extra battery will need replaced its a little corroded. most all the rest of the van was in working order It has the Toilet and curtain for extra privacy the tires would work to tow it any where they were pretty new when it was parked about 12 years or so ago its got a spare with a old broncos cover and with a deep clean and a good vacuum and some cleaning it should work for a mobile cabin. It does need some fix up as some of the wood has got a little soft. I easily stayed in this thing its a real joy once its all fixed. Im asking $1000.00 OBO.
