Weekend Warrior Toy Hauler 1998 double axle trailer 33ft long. Never been used as a toy hauler, but converted to a tiny house setup with nice kitchen. Like a studio apartment. We are the 3rd owners and we have not used the trailer at all. Very clean interior, roof has no leaks. New vent covers and fan installed, new shower bottom installed. Bathroom is toilet/shower combo (see pictures).
Everything works: water and water pump, A/C, fridge, hot water, 2 propane tanks, 1 battery. Spare tire.
Perfect for living in or renting to somebody. Lots of room inside for customizing to make it the way you want it.
Clean title and current stickers. Approximately 6,500 lbs weight.
