Solidly built, no leaks, newer awning and tires, tons of cupboard space inside and in the basement area underneath. Fifth wheel attachment, 2- 50 foot heavy duty electrical cords, sewage hookups and water hoses included. Used for two trips to Texas for 6 months and sparingly in the last few years.
