2017 Highland Ridge/Open Range Light Travel Trailer

We are selling our 2017 Highland Ridge (Open Range) 272RLS Travel Trailer. It is in excellent condition and spotless. This is a nonsmoking, no pets and no kids travel trailer. We have used it about 6 times in the last two years. We got it in October of 2016, however we did not use it until June of 2017. It is still like new. We had a blast using it and so will you.
The camper will come with all the dishes, pots and pans, utensils, platters, small Kuerig coffee pot, Kcup holder, dish pan, strainer and plastic glasses for wine or drinks. The camper has all the amenities to be ready to go. We have a mattress pad, pillows, sheets and pillow cases. I have a duvet cover and shams for the bed.
We also have all the hoses, accordion hose holder, blocks for the wheels, stabilizers and a wheel stabilizer. We also have all the chemicals for the toilet.
I will attach all the information concerning the travel trailer, with all the booklets it came with.
It has a TV, media center and fireplace in the living room area. Both chairs recline and the full size couch turns into a queen bed. The dining table can also become a twin bed. Two small kids could sleep here. There is storage under the dining room table benches. There is a pantry that holds a lot of stuff. There is plenty of storage in this camper.
The bedroom has an armoire type dresser and there are several storage places near the bed also.
It has an outdoor media center for a TV if you would like. It also has an outdoor kitchen stove, sink and small refrigerator. The awning is electric and has LED lights on it.
The camper is a 35’ trailer and comes with an Anderson Anti-sway Hitch made for this travel trailer.
It has AC/Heating and is wired for a second AC unit in the bedroom. The refrigerator is propane gas or electric.
