Moped/ scooter / for sell zero miles on it $700

I have a new new ridden on the road moped with 7 tenths of a mile on it I bought it 2 months ago from a individual for $750 still in the crate,had to remove it put oil in the motor put battery acid in the battery ,and it run like a top I haven't rode it yet it doesn't even have one mile on it I'm asking $700 for it it a beauty it has electric start head light high and low beam turn signals,horn speedometer gas gage. I'm selling it because I've fecdecito buy me a truck.
