CUSTOMER REVIEW ON YELP: Blew out my front tire while trying to get to the tire store this morning. Called Ramos Rescue Towing based on Yelp reviews. Driver said he was in Oakley and would take about 35 minutes to get to me in Clayton. Driver called me when he was getting close (how many tow companies do that - I've been hung out before). He literally arrived on the dot in 35 minutes (I truly was expecting 45-60 minutes). Father and son team. Father has been driving trucks for the Teamsters and towing on the side for many years, and just recently (March 2018) got back into the towing business. Hands down, friendly guys, great service. Hooked up my SUV to take to Discount Tire on Monument Blvd (my go-to place for my tire work). Very fair price for the tow. Kudos to the father - showing his son how to do the work and providing great customer service. Ramos Rescue Towing is now in my phone directory for referral.
