Professionally Appraised at just over $20,000. Needing to sell to close Estate asking $12,000 firm.
Following is the Description of my father's car. He had owned it for 44
yrs. It quit running properly 7-8 yrs ago. It has always been stored in a
metal Quonset barn on his Montana farm. It has been hauled to the
Denver area where I, his son and Executor of his Estate, live.
Very good body and interior, repainted in the Cadillac color scheme of
dark green over light green in early 1970's. Some minor paint chips as
this was a driver car for special outings.
Chrome and glass in good condition, as are floorboards and trunk area.
V-8 with standard 3 Speed on the column.
New Battery 1 year ago.
New Points, Rotor, Distributor Cap and Spark Plug wires installed.
New Antifreeze, good for 40 Below Zero.
Nice Dash. All instruments except the clock work. Radio buzzes, may only need cleaning??
99,000+ miles.
Good Brakes, but does pull to the left, so adjustment is needed, which is minor.
This is somewhere between a barn find, and a driver car. Tune it up and it should drive like I remember it.
Clean Montana Title, sold with copy of Court papers stating my authority to sell this vehicle.
Asking $12,000 CASH
