The car is said to have been repainted in its current Mandarin Maroon under previous ownership and features chrome bumpers, chevron taillights, a Ford-script locking gas cap, rear fender skirts, dual side-view mirrors, turn signals, and a Ford-branded front bumper guard. Paint bubbling is noted on the left rear fender, and the left-rear fender skirt does not sit flush according to the selling dealer.
The body-color steel wheels wear chrome hubcaps and trim rings, and they are mounted with 600R16 Coker Classic whitewall radial tires that were installed in 2013. A matching spare wheel and tire are mounted in the trunk. The vacuum-operated tan soft top features a zip-out glass rear window and is stowed under a matching top boot.
The cabin features seats trimmed in tan upholstery along with matching door panels, tan rear carpets, and a matching front floor mat. Features include an AM radio, front lap belts, and a locking glovebox with an inset clock. A split is noted in the driver-side floor mat, and the hand throttle knob is disconnected.
The two-spoke steering wheel shows cracks in the rim and frames a 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. A Sunpro water temperature gauge is mounted below the dash, and the factory water temperature gauge does not work. The five-digit odometer shows 75k miles, and total mileage is unknown.
The 221ci flathead V8 was rated at 85 horsepower when new and is fitted with an Offenhauser intake manifold and aluminum cylinder heads, a Holley 390-cfm carburetor, a cast aluminum air filter assembly, and a 12-volt electrical system with an alternator. A Walker radiator is also fitted along with an electric cooling fan.
