19-foot, Marshall Marine-built, Sanderling Catboat with a cabin and two single berths below. The boat is in excellent condition, thanks to caring owners, sailed in the summers and stored inside during the winters. Located in Warren, Rhode Island.

The sale price includes the boat, Sea Hawk, as well as:
1) new, 2017, Marshall Marine-built hinged (tabernacle) mast bought and installed last year;

2) well-maintained, 1999, 9.9 mph, 4-stroke, 2-cylinder, Honda outboard engine with an electric starter;

3) an easy-lift, stern-mounted, outboard motor lifting bracket

4) one mainsail and all rigging in good shape

5) port (red) and starboard (green) running lights on the outside of the cabin (battery powered)
