Spring discount for home inspections

We are offering a FREE termite inspection with every full home inspection of $325.00 or more. Just let us know when setting up the inspection and show this ADD at the time of the inspection. Our inspection fees are based on the finished living space of the home. The termite inspection is a $75.00 value - FREE.

It is effective from now through April 2019.

Our home inspection reports are completed with a state of the art computer program which includes unlimited capacity for digital photos, videos, illustrations, and graphics that highlight areas of concern and clearly identifies problem areas that are useful as a reference tool for any repairs or improvements needed. All reports are sent via email in PDF format. You will find the report very easy to read and useful for future reference.
I am also a licensed HUD Consultant for 203K and Fannie Mae Homestyle construction loans. In addition, we are certified in the use infra-red technology. My IR camera takes two images, one photo and one infra-red.
