Perosnal Training

Sam Swanson is a Bellevue (enatai) resident. He trains through The Seattle Training zone located next to the Seahawks training facility in Renton just a little past New Castle. He is NASM certified and also coaches basketball for the Northwest school in Capitol Hill. He is able to work with all ages and adjust workout plans based on your goals. Prices listed below.
Individual training: $50 per session
Group class training: $30 per session
Boot camp large class training: $25 per session.
