Carpenter with 19 yrs experience, tools for all phases of residential construction from foundation prep and pour to interior/exterior finish. I normally execute (bags on) all phases myself with help hired as needed. I am comfotable with reading plans and am up on current residential building codes. I am available for additions, kitchen and bath remodels and of course full - from ground up builds. I have a competent set of contacts for phases not self performed (backhoe work, plumbing, elec., roofers, drywall if subbing it out.
