Good Day,
I am a Registered Nurse of 10 years and a Fitness Enthusiast for 30 years. I run 5k and 10k races. I am currently training to run my first Half Marathon. I will empower you with the knowledge to be successful in your health and fitness goals.
You need to change your unhealthy lifestyle when:
You notice you regularly eat when you are not hungry.
You have tried many different diets with little success.
You struggle with being over or underweight.
Your health is having a negative impact on other areas of your life, including relationships.
Your health is causing you pain, suffering or general discontent.
You over eat until your stomach hurts, have to loosen your pants, have to lay down to relieve pressure, have severe gastric acid re-flux (vomiting in your esophageal lining and mouth).
Your health is preventing you from living the life you truly want to be living.
You are constantly thinking about food and what you should or shouldn’t be eating.
You feel uncomfortable in your body.
You regularly eat to cover up your emotions.
You eat as a method of distraction.
You are afraid to eat from fear of gaining weight.
You are afraid to eat in front of other people.
You want to feel better about and more accepting of your body.
You are being diagnosed with even more health issues and must take increasing amounts of daily medications.
You over eat when your emotions run rampant during times of stress, anxiety or depression.

I will coordinate your nutritional intake plan in conjunction with your current health issues. Attempt to include food items you like to eat. However, this is a Lifestyle Change. Step by step we will eliminate unhealthy food items. What you need to bring to the table? An open mind, palate and a willingness to change. Embrace the many wonderful and delicious healthy foods in the world. Food is not Good or Bad. It is your relationship to the food that must change to bring your life balance and contentment.
All consultations will take place in public areas only: Fitness Center of choice (Client must provide free guest access). Park with a Recreational Area,etc.
