General contractor

I want to have a small house built for myself on a lot I own at 4150 East 64th Avenue. The walls of this house will be constructed of Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) the most thermally effecient and quite wall I can have. Northland Concrete here in town has agreed to do the footings, slab floor, and all of the ICF work. I need a general contractor to help me complete the rest of the house including initial survey and site preparation, roof, windows and doors,all house systems including radiant floor heat, plumbing(water & gas), electrical, comm., siding and external fixtures, interior finish
I have complete house plans, permits, and have secured financing for $250,000.00. The house will will be single story, on a slab, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom/ single car attached garage, 1400 sq. ft. living space. The lot size is 135” X 54” with all utilities on the lot. I need a general contractor experienced with complete house builds, gathering subcontractors and ensuring building codes are met. Experience with ICF would be preferred but not necessary.
