I am an architectural draftsman who is experienced in residential work. If you are looking to build a new home, addition, or ADU, I can design, draw, and pull permits for your project. No project is to small. If you're having trouble with building and safety due to an illegal conversion, I can help with that too. I also have additional experience with HPOZ.
