Im a local mom in my 40s with 2 small children and no stranger to juggling a busy schedule. I am very passionate about health and fitness and believe a successful program encompasses no more than 4 days a week with each workout never going past 1 hour. I have over 20 years of gym experience and knowledge of equipment. I believe weight training is vital to shaping the body and critical for preserving bone density as we age. I also believe in creating a program with exercises catered to each individual and their personal goals.
