need independent cleaning lady

Need honest , good hard working cleaning lady for my 3 bedroom apat.in downtown Toronto. Must have experience with Government ID and references. Need cleaning , organize staff, washed windows, sweep and washed floor, changing beddings, cleaning appliances, taking garbage when is cleaning done. i supply all cleanings. Must clean up whatever need in all apartment from top to bottom. I am paying for start $25.00 per hour until i see that you are doing good job .After i will pay you $30.00 per hour. or we can make deal for flat rate if you wish.
