I am providing various services to small business to help smooth the transition of filing taxes and getting organized easier. Services include : - scanning and saving invoices and receipts - pdf conversions - managing accounts payables - send out invoices - prepare financial statements - pst/gst/wcb remittance filing - weekly/monthly reporting - data entry for previous or current years.
Experience in Sage 50, QuickBooks online, and Wave accounting systems.
Depending on services requested, customers will be provided with an accorddian folder (monthly/alphabetical) and a 16GB USB stick with saved invoices/receipts to keep organized and for safe financial recording for your accountant or auditing purposes.
