Rapidly growing company looking for motivated, responsible, preferably experienced contractors to perform work on vacant residential property.
Scope of Work:
- Property photos
- Lawn maintenance/landscaping
- Debris removal/trash outs
- Lock changes/board ups
- Winterizations
- General Home Repair
Contractor will need to perform work in a timely fashion and adhere to deadlines. Smart phone required for photo taking at these properties. Ability to multi task and attention to detail a must.
