The office manager is a part-time contractor position. Must have
a strong background in Bookkeeping & Accounting using computer software, preferably Peachtree.
The duties are as follows:
Track and monitor 147 condo units HOA payments.
Print monthly invoices to condo owners.Track and monitor Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable.
Track default/collections accounts and report to HOA board treasurer.
Track and monitor annual budget and report to HOA board.
Provide work orders submitted by residents to the maintenance team, Monitor work status and maintenance budget reporting to the HOA board. Answer questions of residents regarding their work orders.
Maintain reservation schedule and deposits for the CommunityRoom.
Provide data requested from realtors, mortgage companies and title companies after a condo sells, before the sale closes.
Answer resident‘s questions and requests professionally, with courtesy. Maintain office confidentiality.
Must be dependable and communicate well with a diverse community of residents.
