* Education:High school or equivalent (Required)
* Experience:human services field, 1 year (Preferred)
AABR, Inc. is seeking vibrant and comprehensive person, looking for a unique opportunity to make a difference in a person’s life by providing community care training and to our individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities.
Successful Candidates will demonstrate:
* The ability to interact with our individuals in a positive encouraging way

* Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
* Excellent writing skills
Residential Location : All 5 borough
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide services to each individual in areas such as: activities of daily living, budgeting, community inclusion, counseling, food preparation, and recreation and ensure that all services and supports outlined in the Community plans are met.
* Document all services provided to the individuals along with writing a narrative description regarding the response to the service by the individual for that day
* Ensure all documents are submitted to the supervisor in a timely matter.
