Need 2 men experienced with truck loading and packing to prevent damage on July 17 or 18 - $200

I need 2 men with professional experience wrapping furniture and packing a pod and truck in Vero Beach Fl. The unload of a smaller portion in Titusville Fl is up stairs on third floor.
The job should take 2 to 3 hours to pack and load, one hour transit to Titusville, and 1.5 to 2 hours to unload to apartment.
The pay is $25/hour per person and if zero damage, I will pay for all 8 hours or $200 cash to each man.
Can you provide a back up person by name, if for any reason, you cannot show up for the job as agreed? I will have a schedule and a timeline for truck return, so I need to know that you will definitely be available.
This job will be on July 17 or July 18.
I would like to have someone I can call to check a work reference in loading and packing trucks. You will need to sign a waiver stating that I am not responsible for any injury.
