In-Home Therapist

The Bair
Foundation currently has a full time IN HOME THERAPIST position
working with children, adolescents, and adults available. We provide home,
school and community-based services to youth in foster care and community
mental health clients. We are seeking a passionate candidate who
enjoys a fast-paced yet stimulating work environment.

This position
would service Portage, Stark and Summit County.

ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS:

Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
with the client and/or caregiver

• Create safety plans and provide crisis support as needed

• Deliver individual and/or family therapy sessions

• Coordinate services with Qualified Behavioral Health Specialists

• Complete treatment notes to document outcome-effective services

• Consult with county and other health personnel to evaluate progress and
  advocate for client needs

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's
or Master’s Degree in counseling, social work or a related field with two years
of experience in child welfare or mental health. LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT
required.
