I been in the healthcare field for 13 plus years. I love helping people, it’s my passion. I am a psychology major and plan on pursuing my own Homecare business. I have worked in areas such as: rehabilitation, mental, memory care, long term care, short term care, cardiac patients , stroke patients, doctor office, home care and so on. I have personal and business experience in the field, simply because I have taking care of my grandmothers suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. I know how it feels to be on the other side and I personally know what families want. I am looking for families who want top quality care for loved ones at a reasonable rate. My experience range from Responsible for feeding of patients, assistance with personal hygiene, perform and recorded vital signs, observed patients and charted important information, assistance with ROM exercises. I also transported clients, med trained, passed out medication, narcotics and charted in MAR book, promoted to House Manager position, ran errands for clients, made sure staff and clients had all their needs and supplies, implemented goals for clients, made sure goals were followed and reassessed as needed, filled out all necessary paperwork.
