A well established Fargo business is looking for a business/property manager. Salary begins at $60,000, commissions, medical and 401K benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and
  coordinate all real estate transactions
  
• Attract new
  tenants
  
• Consider and
  resolve tenant complaints
  
• Ensure all
  work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  
• Maintain properties
  to safe guard investor’s investment
  
• Supervise
  and train property staff
  
• Enforce
  property and associations' rules and regulations
  

• Sales and/or marketing backgound
• Previous
  experience in property management or other related fields managing people.
  
• Ability to
  cultivate and maintain good relations with staff
  
• Ability to
  build rapport with tenants
  
• Ability to
  multitask and prioritize
  
• Good written
  and verbal communication skills
