Major New York area
reseller of a leading restaurant Point of Sale system is now seeking
professional, customer service-oriented candidates for the position of
Software Trainer and Technical Support Specialist. The ideal Candidate should be able to
work independently, have excellent communication skills, and provide effective
on site and telephone support. Candidate should have two years college or
technical training in computer science or an IT related field. Software training experience and Point of
Sale experience in a restaurant environment is highly desirable. A minimum of one-year experience in providing
technical support in a call center environment, or desk side assistance,
A+, Network+, or MCP Certifications is also a big plus. Candidate must have reliable
transportation.
