Sandwich and Sushi preparation assistant / overall restaurant assistant

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Greet and process guest orders using POS

2. Master the menu and explain it to guests

3. Assist in food preparation

4. Assist in inventory management

5. Follows all rules, procedures and standards for food handling and restaurant hygiene

6. Clean all areas of restaurant to the highest standards

7. Must have valid food handler permit

8. Opportunity to work on marketing strategies with the owner

9. Owners are looking to hire someone to work at their newly acquired restaurant, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn many aspects of the food business.
