Maintain the highest standards and customer service levels set by the company and the client. Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out lead responsibilities in accordance with the direction provided by the Executive Chef. Job Requirements, Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Experience with preparing food in a high a high volume environment and/or culinary degree. Experience with leading, training team members is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ensures food quality standards are consistently met. Assist with ordering, inventory, cost controls and menu planning. Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion control. Ensure timely and efficient meal service to all service areas. Trains employees in methods of performing duties and assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operation and excellence in food and service. Ensures compliance with work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. Other duties may be assigned.
