EARN EXTRA MONEY!
THE 2020 CENSUS IS HIRING CENSUS TAKERS TO WORK IN COPPER MOUNTAIN FOR $20.50/HOUR!
Applying to work as a census taker is a great way for seasonal workers, teachers, students, stay-at-home parents, retirees, veterans, and workers in the gig economy to earn extra money and line up spring and summer employment.
All part-time applicants will be able to maintain their federal benefits and assistance such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Medicaid (non-MAGI) while working for the census. Positions offer competitive pay, flexible hours, paid training, and weekly paychecks. Authorized expenses, such as mileage, are reimbursed for employees doing field work.
After the selection process occurs in January, paid training will occur in March and April. Actual counting of non-responding households begins in May through early July.
