Job Description
Cherokee Hills, an apartment community located on Scott Lake Road between Elizabeth Lake and Pontiac Lake Roads, is looking for a full time maintenance technician.
If you are looking to join a company with great hours- Monday through Friday with shared on call, please send your resume.
Full time position with benefits.
Responsible for unit turns and resident maintenance requests.
Ideally we would prefer if you have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry and owned some tools, but we are willing to train someone who is ambitious, reliable and possibly looking for a long term career with a growing company. Our company is locally owned and operated and has been in business for over 40 years.
You must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
